Today I will make my last post of this year and the last of English IV. I will talk abput mi experience in this subject

My experience learning english here in FACSO was very cool. I like English, in the school was a nice subject so I have a good relationship with English classes. I have not studied English since I was in the school, so there were a lot of things that I didn’t remember and here in English IV I could remember like some words or pronunciation.

I think that using blogs is a very good experience to talk in English, to write and to think in English. We have to search the words tan we don’t know so it a nice learning process. Also, writing in English we know how spell words that are difficult, and how use verbs. Also, writing in blogs allowed me to know some websites really efficient to talk in English, like wordreference or linguee.

There are some things that I have to improve, like my pronunciation –I think is very very bad- and some listening exercises, because I think they are a good exercise if we want to have a fluid conversation with an English speaker.

Well, outside the English class, I don’t really use so much English. Sincerely I only use English when I watch movies or series. Watching series it’s a good thing because I know the pronunciation of the words and we I can learn a British and American pronunciation.

This subject was very entertainment, so I hope everyone have good holidays

Reflections

Hello classmates, today I will talk about some reflections about this year that is finishing.

2015 was a very good year because I’m finishing sociology so that is a very good thing, I have had a lot of subjects (6 in the first half and 7 in the second half of the year) but I have passed all the curses so I’m glad about that.

Also, this year I did a lot of sports, and that is a good thing because I like a lot sports like playing football or running

This year was a very calm year, excepting this second half of the year because I cursed 7 subjects, so I had to do a lot of thing, a lot of works and tests for every subject, so that is the reason because now I’m very tired.

There are no situations that didn’t work so well, maybe I could have been better works and tests, but I’ve already pass the subjects so I thint that is the important thing.

Well, sincerely, this year all the subjects were really bored, and that thing have never happened before. I think that the only subject that enjoyed was Taller I and Taller II. In that subject we had to do an investigation a research work, and that was a cool thing because we chose the issue depending on our personal interest. I research about the relation between Arts and Work, and how art is a work like every other works like being a teacher or a lawyer.

I hope next year would be like this or even better, it would be fabulous

Today i will write the blogg session 7! It's a free post so I'm going to talk about my favourite football team.

I’m from Valparaíso, so I am a fan of Santiago Wanderers. Santiago Wanderers was founded in 1892, is the oldest team of Chilean football, and of course is the best one.

Well, a lot of the best football players of the history has played in Santiago Wanderers, like Elias Figueroa, David Pizarro and Reinalo Navia. The stadium is called Elias Figueroa and it is a tribute to that spectacular football player.

The last time that Santiago Wanderers won the national football championship was a lot of time ago, it was un 2001. I was 10 years old and I remember like it was yesterday, it  was a fantastic day and all Valparaíso was celebrating.

The principal enemy of Santiago Wanderers is Everton, from Viña del Mar, but I think that they are not enemys because Santiago Wanderers play in professional football, and Everton plays in the second division.

So, why I love Santiago Wanderers? I love my team because we have an identity that only belongs to Valparaíso. Also, is one of the few teams that all family goes to the stadium to encourage the team. Each goal is a party, all the people is celebrating even if we are 3-0 down, so these are things that only happen in this lovely team.

So that’s why I love Santiago Wanderers!

Hello Classmates

Today I will write about my summer plans.

At the moment I have not planned anything for summer holidays, but I know some things that I would like to do. I would like to visit south of chile, like Chiloè or Aysén. I really love south, Green áreas, a los of nature is great.Also, if I go out of Chile I would like to go to Uruguay, it is a country that I dont know and I really like to visit. I would like to go to Montevideo, Punta del Este, and Colonia. There are a lot of acultural and artistic activities that I could visit in Uruguay, and beautiful places, beachs. Also I would like to meet the Centenario Stadium, which is the most important football stadium in Uruguay

Also, I am from Valparaíso, so I dont visit my friends a lot in the year. So I would love to stay with my all my life friends. I think i wont being part of activities las camp sor volunteer work, but I want to work in a Cafè or a Restorant, and have my own money to travel. If Idont travel in the summer, I would like to stay in Valparaíso, stay with my family and friends, and do all the things that I love like playing football with my friends, make juggling in the park, watch movies and rest a lot, anyway I will try to travel to Uruguay or south of Chile.

Well, I think that environmentally practices are very important to the planet, because in these days the planet is suffering a lot because of human practices. Contamination and pollution unfortunately are not strange things in any city in the world.

Unfortunately in our schools or daily life there are not places knowledge about taking care of the planet. So if we want to learn about environmentally friendly practices we have to search it by our own, like looking in internet or something similar, because in our learning process when whe are kids no one teach us how to make environmentally friendly practices.

I have incorporated a few recycling habits, like using one copybook to 3 classes. I try to walk wherever I want to go, but if it is a long distance I use my bike, I do not use cars. I have not joined or supported any eco organisations, but there is not a particular reason, I think it would be a great thing. Nowadays I want to make “ecoladrillos” they are a great way to recycle.
I thing Santiago it’s a very very polluted city, so all the people who lives here should become more conscious about those problems.

Ideal Job

Hello classmates

Today I’m gonna talk about my ideal job. Actually I have never thought about my dream’s work or something, but today I will tell you about this.

I’m studyng sociology, but I’m not sure I will work as a sociologist. If I find an interesting job that I enjoy I will work in it even if it’s not as a sociologist. I prefer to work in an outdoor job, or a job that makes me travel a lot, like an NGO or something, traveling to the south of Chile helping people or communities would be an interesting job.
Also if I find an indoor job maybe it could be nice too. I woud like to travel to other countries studying different societies, different social structures and cultures.

I would also like to study a major in another country. I dont know specifically which country, but it should be a great experience. The major would be about social communication, sociology of culture or sociology of arts.

In this ideal job, I prefer a mix between high salry (of course) and job satisfaction. But I prefer job satisfaction than a high salry, if a mix could be real it would be great.

Well, I hope to find this ideal job, I think it is not impossible.

Today is the free post so i’m going to write about animals. I don’t know why but I love them.

My favourite animal is the whale, they are giants and they live in the sea, it is a very attractive and interesting animal. I’ve never seen any whale, but in Puerto Madryn in Argentina there are Orcas and Blue whales, so in this summer or in the next summer I want to go there to watch them.

The cientific nameof whale is Balaenoptera musculus, and the can reach 30 mts long, and they can weight 120 tons.

Another animal that I like a lot is grizzly bear. I like them after watch a documental called Grizzly Man, of the german director Werner Herzog. The documental is about a man who lives with grizzly bears, they are very friendly until the eat the man.

Grlyzzly bears are carnivores. The cientific name is Ursus arctos and they live in North America, Europe and Asia, specifically in mature forests. They can live 30 years, and can have 2 metres long.

The last animal I will write about are iguanas. Iguanas are reptiles, and I love them because they are very calm. I would like to have one but they requires a lot of careful
